How do I apply for an apartment?

~When an apartment is available, we call everyone on our waiting list and you may then choose to submit an application. We require an application be filled out for each adult (18 and over) who will be living in the apartment. Application fees: see Application under Lease and Info. AccuSearch does rental, civil/criminal, and credit background checks. Negative rental or criminal reports WILL result in the application being denied.

What utilities are provided?

~Water, Sewer, Garbage are paid by Spring Creek Apartments. Electric, Gas, Phone, TV and Internet are the responsibility of the tenant.

Are the units furnished?

~No, we do not offer furnished units. However, all of our apartments have fireplaces, full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and garbage disposal.
