Two bedroom one bath: $1,800 rent. Deposit $1,600

Two bedroom two bath: $2,000 rent. Deposit $1,700

Three bedroom two bath: $2,300 rent. Deposit $1,900

We also allow one pet per unit, up to 30 pounds full grown in designated units with a

$500.00 per pet non-refundable fee. Domestic animals only; dogs and cats.

Included in the rent is one assigned, covered parking space and water, sewer, and garbage.
